Book your acupuncture appointment

The 'Stroud Acupuncture' clinic room is in my house at:- The Rosery, Highfield Road, Whiteshill, Stroud, GL6 6AL – please see the ‘How to find us' page for directions and notes about parking.

Treatments cost £40 each, cash is preferred, but we do accept cards. [A reduced treatment cost is available for asylum seekers, students, those on Universal Credit, or those on limited income - just ask me - see contact page!]

Firstly, please fill out a ‘pre-treatment form’. Just click below to download the form onto your computer or tablet, either as a ‘PDF’ or ‘WORD’ file. Then open the downloaded file and just complete the form at home, then 'save as' with your name, and then email the named saved form to me at:- info@stroudacupuncture.co.uk (If you don’t have online access then let me know and I will post a form to you.)

When I receive your form, I will be in touch to arrange an appointment date and time that suits you!

If you phone however, you will most often get my answerphone, as I will either be doing a treatment, cooking, in the garden, doing yoga, cycling, out walking or whatever, but please please, don’t just hang-up, but instead speak very clearly and slowly and leave your name and phone number and the best time to try and contact you, on my answerphone - and I will do my best to ring you or text you back as soon as I can!
