If you phone however, you will most often get my answerphone, as I will either be doing a treatment, cooking, in the garden, doing yoga, cycling, out walking, or whatever, but please please, don’t just hang-up, but instead speak very clearly and slowly and leave your name and phone number and the best time to try and contact you, on my answerphone - and I will do my best to ring you or text you back as soon as I can!
